The IODM allows the insurer to define the policies, their coverage, their underwriting rules, and their premium functions. In addition it allows the insurer to define packages of policies for sales and marketing purposes.

Policy sell to production module (PSPM)

The PSPM provides online packages and policies sell points through a consumer purchasing portal and back-office portal for insurer customer care, agents, and brokers. It performs the underwriting, production, distribution, and archiving of the sold policies.

Policy operations module (POM)

The POM handles the policy life cycle in the PIM. It supports different policy operations such as policy modifications, cancelation, and renewal that are supported via mobile app to the consumer and back-office portal to agents, brokers, and insurer’s customer care.

Event stream collection module (ESCM)

The ESCM collects data from different data suppliers such as OEMs, telematic providers, and our own mobile app. It allows data enrichment from external open sources like weather reports.

Event stream analysis modules (ESAM)

The ESAM triggers UBI billing for different types of policies and services, system faults analysis, and first notice of loss (FNOL).

Consumer usage business intelligence (CUBI)

The CUBI analyzes the consumer web/app usage and provides the marketing personnel insights about the WEB sell funnel.

Pricing advisor module (PAM)

The PAM provides insights into nonprofitable segments to improve the loss ratio based on consumers’ data, UBI data, and claims data.

Business performance reports (BPR)

This PBR provides financial performance reports as well as marketing segmentation reports.

Mobile app FNOL (MAF)

1. The consumer can open FNOL easily using the mobile app. Information that is collected at the time of the event from the telematics is automatically added to the FNOL.

2. The data event that is collected from the car during the accident can assist the claim adjuster to have a better understanding of the claim.
